How we work
You deal with people who understand the job, can talk through the constraints of a London house, and stay responsible for what happens on site. Communication is direct: questions have an answer, and we will be straight if a brief is unclear or a drawing needs attention before it can be built.
Personal involvement means the same people stay responsible for the job from the first conversation through to handover. Scope is agreed in writing. Quality is a practical standard — rooms that will take daily use, finished cleanly, with the building work behind them done properly.
London residential work
The focus is houses and flats that people live in: refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions, kitchens and bathrooms, with windows and doors, tiling, and decorating where they belong in the sequence. We work throughout London.
Access, neighbours, party walls, earlier alterations and occupied homes are ordinary conditions here. A quotation should take them into account. We would rather discuss those things early.
Several trades, one job
Substantial refurbishment is several trades in the right order. Kitchens and bathrooms depend on the building work behind them. Extensions and lofts need structure, weather and finishes held together. Coordinating that sequence is part of the builder’s job, with one line of communication for the household.
