Who we are
This website is operated by URBANRISE CONSTRUCTION LTD, company number 16402295 (“we”, “us”). The customer-facing name is UrbanRise. For privacy questions, email urbanrisecoltd@gmail.com.
What we collect
If you use the quote form, we collect:
name; telephone number; email address; postcode or area; type of project; project description; and your preferred contact method. Cloudflare, which hosts and serves the site, may also log technical data such as IP address and time of submission, as part of running the site and reducing abuse.
The form includes a hidden field to discourage automated messages. Please leave it blank. We may add further spam checks without changing what we collect or why.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry data to respond to you — to discuss the work, arrange a visit if needed, and provide a quotation. We do not use the form to build marketing lists, and we do not sell your details.
We rely on taking steps at your request prior to a contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about building work.
How the message is delivered
The website itself is static. It is hosted and served by Cloudflare. Website enquiries are delivered by email via Web3Forms (a form-processing service) so the message reaches urbanrisecoltd@gmail.com. Web3Forms acts on our instructions and has its own privacy information. We do not currently use analytics cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. If work goes ahead, relevant details may be kept as part of the job record.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and a right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Email urbanrisecoltd@gmail.com to exercise rights in relation to this website.
Children
This website is intended for adults enquiring about building work. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
Changes
If this notice changes in a material way, we will update this page.
